By now it seems everyone has raved about Netflix, but I just had a surprisingly excellent experience with them so I thought I'd share.Via A Cry for Help
As you can imagine, having the the US Postal Service as the major link in your logistics chain can lead to some lost packages and missed deliveries, and a potential source of a lot of customer dissatisfaction. And in fact, this past week I had one such lost dvd problem.
So what happens when Spiderman 2 never arrives at your domicile? Within two clicks I had another copy on its way and that was that. Two questions (no typing!) and that was that. Very easy. Good Netflix.

I guess Bill has never Googled "netflix complaints." I count over a hundred e-mailed complaints on my site alone. Get this right, it's not the USPS fault Netflix movies are broken and missing. Here's some response from the USPS concerning mailing DVD by mail.

A. No. Use foamed plastic or padding to protect your items, placing the cushioning inside hollow items as well. Careful packaging is the best way to safeguard your valuable items against damage.
Q. Is the USPS responsible for damaged Netflix rentals?
A. No. We are sorry to learn your mail was damaged while in our care. Reports of damaged mail concern us. In order to process and deliver the huge daily volume of mail in a timely manner, we use high-speed automated mail processing equipment; occasionally this equipment malfunctions causing damage to a few pieces of mail. It is quite possible that such a malfunction caused your mail to be damaged.
Regrettably, because insurance was not purchased at the time of mailing, we are unable to honor your request to be compensated for your damaged item.
