I'm back!

This blog had a great vacation! I went to Chicago. Climbed the Sears Tower. Viewed not a single DVD. I appreciate your patience. I'm sorry I was not here for you.

Eh, that's OK. How was the winds on the top of the Sears Tower? I guess they'd be windy since... well, it is the windy city..

I am originally from Chicago. The last time I was there was in 1997. I climbed it with my 3 brothers. I am the oldest and I beat the youngest up by an hour. We waited quite a while for the nest two.

Amazing views on the Sears Tower. I went up there when it was reopened after the Sept. 11, attacks. You should see "Swimming Pool" DVD on Netflix, if not already. Highly recommended suspense flix.

Here is my retraction of that egregious reporting error: I did not climb the Sears Tower. I lied. I meant to say "I ascended the Sears Tower by express elevator, which was on the inside of the building." I went to the 103rd floor, the Skydeck, which is the highest I could get for $9.95 ;).

I had the opportunity to go to the top of the Sears Tower this summer, but they wanted me to pay $10 in addition to waiting approximately an hour for the elevator, and I didn't think it was worth it.
